... the posts on this site will be inline with the title... which is "Chappar Speaks" ..
Well.. to those of ya who're not from bengaluru, (not bangalore) the word "Chappar" might sound strange.. its a local slang used in our city which roughly means "Nothing Planned, Nothing achieved" .. its jus an act of hanging out with no intent or jus chillin' out.
For Example: Maga, I don't feel like goin to college today, Letz jus chappar around instead.
And in this blog, i intend to post timepass stuff... more bullshit on the way..
